I don't know if it's because I have been saturating myself in all sorts of bright and vibrant colors in celebration of the summer season, but I have found myself gravitating toward simple, sophisticated neutrals this past week. You don't have to adjust your computer screens. That really is me wearing taupe and black, without a pop of orange or teal or pink anywhere. There's something about wearing neutrals that just makes me feel so classy and grown-up. I might even pay my bills on time and eat vegetables instead of frozen yogurt for dinner. Well, no, probably not. Let's not take the grown-up thing too far.
